To participate in Newcore RPG you, the user, must accept and be bound to the following Terms and Conditions set by the Newcore RPG team.
Newcore RPG is currently in beta game play mode, which means that we haven't fully developed, and made functional, the key features of the game.
As with all beta games there will be frequent server updates with new content and features that are playable.
Created accounts may need to be deleted at any stage, requiring you to create new account to continue game play, this will only be necessary for major updates.
Newcore RPG offers a platform that allows users to communicate and interact with each other, users are responsible for the content of their communications.
We do not allow any pornographic, offensive or illegal material, offenders will be punished accordingly.
However we are not responsible for the content of other users' communications, but will do our best to prevent such actions.
In the interests of fairness, users are only permitted to create one account, although we request that you are the sole owner of your account, we do not mind more than one person logging in and using your account.
Any other users using your account will still be bound to these Terms and Conditions and can still get your account banned or deleted.
Newcore RPG will not be held responsible in anyway for server breakdown, bugs and errors or any other issues that may cause the game to be unavailable.
We are not liable for any damages caused by the use of this game in anyway.
We reserve the right to ban or even delete an account for violating these Terms and Conditions depending on the severity of the offence committed.
In the event of your account being banned, you are permitted to appeal by contacting an Administrator.
We reserve the right to edit these Terms and Conditions at anytime, we will try our best to notify all users of our website prior to any changes.
